What is the small zipper for that is located on the back of the Osterbro glove?
The small zipper is for, for example, umbrella strollers that have two separate 'handles' - this way, you can still attach the gloves. Additionally, it is also used for bicycles.
Do the gloves fit my stroller?
The gloves can be mounted on all types of prams, strollers, and jogging strollers. It just requires a handlebar. Some have also used the gloves for walkers, scooters, etc. So, anything with a handlebar.
What is Mom Club & Society?
Mom Club & Society is our range of clothing and accessories for mothers. We want to create some luxurious leisure wear for the new mom - so keep an eye out for new products.
Are more new products coming?

If a product is marked as sold out, will it be available again?
Yes, if you can find it on the website and it's marked as sold out, it will be available again. Sign up for our newsletter, and we will send you an email when the products are back in stock.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days, meaning you don't have to pay for returning an item. Simply use our return portal (CLICK HERE). If you want an exchange, for example, if a size is incorrect, you still need to use the portal, initiate a return, and reorder the item. We will refund the money as soon as our warehouse receives the return shipment.
How do I make a complaint?

Can I drop off the product myself?
No, everything needs to be sent to our warehouse through the return portal.
I have purchased some Kongwalther products in some of your stores. Can I return them to you?
No, if you have purchased a product from one of our partners, you should coordinate with them - they will assist you. We only handle returns and exchanges for products purchased on www.kongwalther.com.

DELIVERY & PAYMENT
When can I expect to receive my order?
We have a delivery time of 1-2 business days. Typically, if the order is placed on the website before 12:00, it will be shipped the same day.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, we also accept MobilePay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We only charge the payment after we have approved the order.
I didn't have time to pick up my package, what should I do?
Occasionally, we experience this, and usually, there's always a good reason for it. If you still want your package, send us an email at support@kongwalther.com, and we'll resend your package.
