All orders in Denmark are delivered within 1-2 business days with GLS. Please note that delays may occur, so the delivery time is not a guarantee, but we strive to dispatch all orders within this timeframe. Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday will be shipped on Monday. We offer free shipping on orders over 499 DKK.

If you have regretted your purchase and wish to return the item to us, simply use our return portal to send back your order. This should be done within 30 days, during which we offer free returns. When using the return portal, you will receive a return label, which must be used to send the package back. If you want to exchange an item, it should be done in the same way. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund the money to the account from which the order originated.
