Terms of service
Payment: KongWalther accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.
KongWalther uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery: Delivery of goods from KongWalther is considered complete when the consumer has received the item. The shipment of goods is carried out by Postnord. The delivery time is typically 1-3 days if the item is in stock. You will be notified when the order is packed and dispatched from the store, and Postnord will then inform you of the pickup location. If you have chosen to pay for delivery to your home address and you cannot personally receive the package when Postnord arrives, Postnord will deliver your package to a Postnord parcel shop in the immediate vicinity.
Warranty: A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacture. The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service. KongWalther will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
Refund: If a refund is agreed upon, please provide your bank details so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
Right of Withdrawal: A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted for items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order. You must cover the return costs. Notice of withdrawal must be given to us within 14 days after the purchase, and the return must be made within 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.
Notification must be made by email to support@kongwalther.com. In the notification, make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the Item When Returned: You are only responsible for any depreciation of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, and it is considered used, you may only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the item's commercial value.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store: you may test the item, but not put it into actual use.
